Transmission Line Engineer - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled Transmission Line Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a strong understanding of SEC transmission standard requirements up to 380kV, including Lattice and Steel monopole structures. Key responsibilities involve deep knowledge of tower leg spotting, tower stub and template setting, monopole anchor plate/template/anchor plate assembling, casing pipe installation, pier, pad & chimney foundation construction, tower and monopole assembling as per erection drawings, tower erection, assembling and fitting of line hardware accessories, stringing of powerline conductor & OPGW, structure grounding, and construction of access roads & structure pads. Proficiency in English and driving ability are necessary.

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Transmission Lines Project Engineer • Basic knowledge of SEC transmission standard requirements up to 380kV (Lattice, Steel monopole & wooden pole structures) • Deep knowledge of tower leg spotting as per survey details • Deep knowledge of Tower Stub & template setting • Deep knowledge of Monopole anchor plate/template/anchor plate assembling • Deep knowledge of Casing pipe installation • Deep knowledge of Pier, Pad & Chimney foundation construction • Deep knowledge of Tower, monopole assembling as per the erection drawings • Deep knowledge of Tower erection • Deep knowledge of Assembling & fitting of line hardware accessories • Deep knowledge of Stringing of powerline conductor & OPGW • Deep knowledge of Structure grounding • Deep knowledge of Construction of access roads & structure pads • Good command of the English language and the ability to drive a vehicle.
