Turn Mill Programmer Cum Operator - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and technically qualified Turn Mill Programmer Cum Operator for a highly reputed engineering company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Turn-Mill machines, including the Doosan Puma GT 2600LM. This role requires proficiency in G-code and CAM software, the ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets, and expertise in tool selection, machine setup, and program prove-outs. The operator will manage multi-axis machines, monitor machining operations, and ensure precise dimensional accuracy and surface finish according to ISO quality standards. Troubleshooting machine and program issues, optimizing cycle times, and adhering to HSE and PPE safety standards are also key responsibilities. • Program, set up & operate CNC Turn-Mill machines • CNC programming using G-code & CAM software • Read engineering drawings, process sheets & GD&T symbols • Tool selection; inserts, holders, fixtures & workholding • Complete machine setup, offsets & prove-out of programs • Operate multi-axis machines (Live tooling, Y-axis, C-axis, Sub-spindle) • Monitor machining operations & control feeds/speeds • In-process & final inspection using precision instruments • Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish & ISO quality standards • Troubleshoot machine, tooling & program issues • Improve cycle time & machining efficiency • Follow HSE & PPE safety standards strictly
