McDermott Middle East, Inc. is looking for experienced Welding Foremen for their Onshore Oil and Gas Projects in the UAE. This full-time, long-term role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in overseeing both piping and structural welding operations. Candidates must have previous Gulf experience in Oil & Gas maintenance projects. This is a key position for managing welding teams and ensuring project quality and safety. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Welding Foreman.
• Expertise in supervising piping and structural welding.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Previous Gulf experience in Oil & Gas maintenance projects is mandatory.
